Speech and Language Provision
I CAN
The speech and language was unit funded by the National charity I CAN and opened in the Nursery in Summer 2004, to provide for the needs of pre-school children with specific speech and language impairments. Accreditation 2015 identified I CAN as an excellent provision with Flagship status.
I CAN were accredited in March 2019 - "The I CAN Early Talk accreditation scheme is a quality assurance and quality improvement tool. The accreditation involves an inspection of a portfolio of evidence, and an onsite audit of practice using standards of service excellence, which have been developed by I CAN."
"I CAN Ealing provides inclusive environments for children with SLCN that reflects and meets the needs of each local community. The provision is valued within the mainstream setting and by parents."

ARP (Gold Area)
St John’s Speech and Language Enhanced Resource Provision, an Inclusive Provision that caters for up to 22 children from the Foundation Stage to Year 6. All the children are subject to a Statement of Special Educational Needs. The aim of the Provision is to provide an environment in which the pupils can develop and improve their speech and/or language skills to a degree whereby they can return to their local school, ultimately without support. Education is a partnership between home and school and we look forward to your involvement and support.
